Cockroach traveling with us on the IndiGo flight; The music composer tweets the video

Bengaluru-based music composer, Ricky Kej, posted a video on his Twitter which got mixed reactions from netizens. Grammy Award winner Ricky Kej was unpleasantly surprised to find a cockroach on his IndiGo flight.

“A cockroach travel with us on @IndiGo6E flight 6E2064 from Patna to Delhi on October 13. I’m sure he got a free lunch”Ricky Kej tweeted, tagging both IndiGo and the Civil Aviation Authority.

Here’s how IndiGo responded after 5 hours

In response to his tweet, the airline said that although cleaning and fumigation takes place before each flight, insects can sometimes invade the aircraft. “Mr. Kej, although rigorous cleaning and fumigation is carried out before each flight, sometimes these insects find their way inside.” The airline said if such incidents occur, passengers can contact the crew.

The video got a lot of attention from netizens.

The tweet has already received a lot of attention and humorous responses before the airline broached the subject.

One user sarcastically called it “a perfect example of coexistence.” Another user commented, “Something very unusual about Indigo. I wouldn’t have been surprised if it was on another airline.

“Hope it didn’t end like a free lunch,” commented a third.
