Here’s how IndiGo responded after 5 hours
Mr. Kej, although rigorous cleaning and fumigation is carried out before each flight, sometimes these insects find their way inside. In such a case, customers can contact our team as they are always here to help. ~Team Indigo

The video got a lot of attention from netizens.
I find it disappointing that an airline responds to such a reported issue with a pragmatic response and boilerplate mention of protocol instead of taking it as motivation to make things even better. @DGCAIndia

The tweet has already received a lot of attention and humorous responses before the airline broached the subject.
One user sarcastically called it “a perfect example of coexistence.” Another user commented, “Something very unusual about Indigo. I wouldn’t have been surprised if it was on another airline.
“Hope it didn’t end like a free lunch,” commented a third.
