Dark Desert Eagles
9 p.m. Friday. Aura, 121 Center St., Portland, $ 15 to $ 29, 18 and over.
You won’t need to travel down a dark desert road to see the formidable tribute band Dark Desert Eagles, formed by Pat Badger, an original member of rock band Extreme. Instead, head to Aura where you’ll have that sense of peace and ease as the group pushes their boundaries. Will there be heartache tonight? It’s up to you to decide, just try not to act like a desperate man. We have no doubts the bartender can prepare a tequila sunrise for you, although we are not sure what pink champagne on ice is. Just make sure you stay out of the fast lane in your flatbed Ford.
