Udupi: Konkani’s Movie “Allshi Redde” Premiere Receives Great Audience Response

Udupi, September 3: The premiere show of one of the most anticipated Konkani movies “Allshi Redde” took place on Saturday September 3 at Bharath Cinemas here at Canara Mall, Manipal. Allshi Redde is a Konkani film produced by Sparkle Productions.

Father Ferdinand Gonsalves, pastor of the church of Shankerpura inaugurated the show by lighting the lamp. Sr Dorothy, Lester, Nithyanand, producer of ‘Shakalaka Boomboom’, an upcoming film from Tulu, Godwin Sparkle, director and male lead and producer Hera Pinto, director and female lead, Prajoth D’Sa, background music composer and others were present.

The first broadcast itself received a good response from the audience. A large number of Konkani moviegoers watched the show.

Wishing the film success, Father Ferdinand Gonsalves said: “Laughter is the best medicine. We need to laugh a little every day. This film was also made on the same logic. Konkani is one of the oldest languages. It is a language that touches our hearts. Godwin, Hera and their team did a great job with this movie. I also wish them to come up with other such creative projects in the coming days.

The film is produced by Sparkle Productions. “Allshi Redde” is a comedy horror film by Konkani which will be released on September 9. Yatish Poojary and Rayan Magneto are the assistant directors.

Director Godwin Sparkle and Hera Pinto also star in the film, while Deepak Rai, William Pinto, Mervin Shirva, Sandeep Malani, Richard, Henly, Vishal, Sharan Shetty, Sampath Lobo, Sumana, Rayan Magneto, Ishant, Mahesh , Praneetha and others will be seen in prominent roles.

Patson Pereira composed the music and William Pinto wrote the dialogue. Bollywood singers Kunal Ganjawala, Mohit Chauhan and Lavita Lobo sang for the film. Background music is composed by Prajoth D’Sa, SFX is handled by Loy Valentine.

The film was shot across Udupi, Yedapadav in Mangaluru and Bengaluru.
